governor romney. >> plus, one of the biggest u.s. airlines reports more problems involving loose seats forcing emergency landing and now the airline is responding to accusations of sabotage. that is ahead unless breaking news changes everything. this is "studio b" today. >> first from fox at 3:00, democrats today winning a major court decision that could have a profound affect on one of the biggest swing states in next month's presidential election. a pennsylvania judge today blocked a tough and controversial new law that would require voters to show valid photo identification. the republican-led state legislature passed the law in march. supporters claim it would prevent fraud and insure that only those who are legally eligible to vote would be able to cast a ballot. opponents argued the law unfairly targeted minorities and the elderly and intended to keep them home on election day. according to the average of all pennsylvania polls, president obama has a sizable lead. democrats have fought the law furiously because in the past lower town out has benefited republicans in pennsylvania.
